The news of the day: As we head into the holiday week, today is a day of reminders. This afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in Astoria, the Long Beach Peninsula Drum Circle will be at RiversZen Astoria for Ferry Street Friday. Feel free to stop by and lay down a few rhythms with the group or take the opportunity to ask questions of the RiversZen trainers.

Thanksgiving will be here on Thursday and we will be closed ... See More except for one 9:00 am class at each location which will be reservation only classes. Kim will be teaching Yogalates in Astoria and Dave and Peggy will be offering Pound Move and Sweat in Ilwaco. What a great way earn your turkey day.

In line with a guilt-free Thanksgiving and our goal to encourage cleaner eating habits, Thanksgiving is a great holiday to start eating cleaner. Just cook with real food. Forget the processed foods with unidentifiable ingredients.

All sounds like a fun week to me!
